YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

  • Leading and inspiring your team with full accountability for departmental performance
  • Overseeing all aspects of cash accounting, including daily takings, reconciliation, and cash desk procedures—supporting checkout operations when needed
  • Managing logistics operations such as unloading goods, verifying transport documents, and preparing merchandise for storage
  • Leading and executing the annual stock inventory in close collaboration with your team
  • Supporting store management with administrative tasks, including documentation and internal process coordination

WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • You have at least 3 years of management experience, ideally in sales, store administration, or in-store logistics
  • You’re organized and analytical, comfortable working with numbers, and have a genuine service-minded approach
  • You’re highly committed, proactive, and always ready to roll up your sleeves and get things done
  • You speak English confidently - German skills are a plus but not required
