YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Strategic Growth: Identifying high-potential locations in existing and new markets through detailed market research and on-site visits to assess visibility and foot traffic.
- Board Communication: Preparing professional presentations and business cases for board meetings to guide our expansion strategy.
- Lease Negotiation: Leading negotiations for new leases to secure favorable terms, including rent, fit-out contributions, and renewal options.
- Legal Collaboration: Partnering with legal teams to review lease agreements and ensure full compliance with local laws and specific conditions.
- Portfolio Lifecycle: Managing current locations by analyzing performance and making proactive recommendations for renewals, relocations, or closures.
- Financial Modeling: Calculating profitability and business conditions for new sites and renewals to ensure our growth is financially sustainable.
- Internal Coordination: Acting as the central bridge between real estate, construction, design, and operations to ensure smooth store openings.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Educational Background: A completed degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Geography, or a comparable field of study.
- Retail Expertise: 5–10 years of professional experience in the expansion and development of retail chains.
- Market Knowledge: Extensive experience within the real estate market of the respective countries and a proven track record of collaborating with retail brands.
- Negotiation Skills: Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills to secure the best conditions for our portfolio.
- Structured Mindset: A goal-oriented personality with the ability to organize complex work processes efficiently.
- Mobility: A high willingness to travel frequently to explore new markets (CEE-region) and evaluate potential sites firsthand.
- Communication: Fluency in English (written and spoken) to confidently navigate our international environment and stakeholders.
